This is a furnished senior bedroom is available in a 3 bedrooms' apartment. The room has a nice view of Manhattan skyline and Hoboken with 1 spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is located in one of the high-rised buildings within five minutes walking distance to NJ Path station, and about 10 minutes’ rides to Manhattan. It provides 24 hours doorman services and is facilitated with the Laundry on the ground floor. It is also close to all the restaurants, the banks, the gym center, the spa, and the other services' facilities such as the dry cleaning store, the supermarket and etc.
You could stay either short or long term. You will need to share a bathroom with one male professional. The room will be available the 1st of the Augest.
The rent is paid monthly by monthly basese and no lease needed to be signed. The shared utilities' bills included wireless and cable internet services are average $35 per month. One month rent $895 and pluses one and half month's security deposit for moving in
