Full Time Assistant Book-keeper

Position: Full Time Assistant Bookkeeper
Experience Level: Entry Level Position
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Equivalent

Location: New York, NY

Responsibilities Include:
• Analyze AMEX statements, identify discrepancies, verify billed amounts, and collect all appropriate documentation pertaining to purchases made.
• Maintain day to day ordering of supplies and other office expenses.
• Provide administrative support.
• Perform bank reconciliation, Generate P&L reports, and Balance Sheets.
• Post bills, verify bill authenticity, cut checks, and produce open A/P and A/R reports.

Qualifications:
• Proficient user of Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and experience with QuickBooks REQUIRED.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional multi-tasking capabilities. Attention to detail IS A MUST.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing a very heavy workflow.
