For R&B Singers: R&B is tricky when getting back into chord and key after a riff. This can lead to being called pitchy. My solution. 1) I record you singing along with a good vocal so you master the melody line, then 2) to an accompaniment track without a vocal but with an instrument playing the melody which gives some support, and then 3) just the accompaniment and you. On each you go into and out of the riff. Using Pro Tools and CD burner, I can give you a disk to take home for practice.
