What are the approximate locations of pick up and destination, example: Upper East side to Park Slope.
What item(s) would you like to transport ? (dimensions would be nice but if you do not have it...)
How many flights of stairs at both locations? ( you may not know the number of stairs at the pick up if you haven't bought anything yet, that is fine too)
When would you like to do it ?
