SMG offers unique opportunity for women who want to work from home and yet earn a good livelihood. The role suits women who want to work part-time, from home and at their own time of convenience. You should be entrepreneurial, have good communication skills, inter-personal skills and organisational capabilities. Networked in the corporate environment within your town will be an added advantage. And your town must have at least one large organization – a Public Sector Undertaking or a large Corporation.
You can then be SMG's representative in your town and take the responsibility of managing conference and seminars. SMG is India’s most specialized company that offers conference management services to over 50 companies across India and has managed over 500 conferences across India and overseas. All known companies and Govt departments organise at least 5 conferences in a year and they require companies like SMG to manage their conferences. You will only be required to generate business and supervise its successful execution. SMG's has its specialist organizational team in all parts of India that will support you with management of the event. You will only be required to call the Public Relations or Corporate Communications executive of companies in your town, talk to them about SMG’s expertise and skills. Once they know of SMG’s experience they will certainly show an interest to give their next conference. Take an appointment and meet, send SMG’s profile by e-mail (so you should be computer-friendly). Since the job is flexi, you could choose how many clients you want to develop depending on the time you can spare for such a job, and of course your appetite to earn and grow. Depending on the number of companies in your town/city and the time you can spare, you can look forward to earn a very attractive income. At the least, you can expect to generate 5 conferences if your town has at least one large organization, and spare 2-3 hours of your time (from home) per day for about 20 days before a conference – 5 times in during a year. You can expect to earn a minimum of Rs 10000 per conference – all other expenses incurred by you will be paid by SMG. Some of our Business Representatives earn upto Rs 10 lakhs in a year, who manage 2-3 large companies and give about 2-3 hours of their time form home per day throughout the year.
