QUALIFICATIONS: Any Graduate.
Experience : experience of sales in any filed for 2 years
Job Profile: SDMs will recruit agents under them and promote insurance products to public. There may be 5-10 agents under an SDM. The agents will get a license for promotion of Insurance from IRDA, for which agents have to appear for an exam.
Salary : CTC -2.25 lacs , plus incentives and reimbursement. The reimbursement may go upto 11,000 per month. Incentives will be linked with the performance of SDMs.
The candidate should have good Communication and interpersonal skills.
