You would be responsible for putting systems in place in a new, fast growing company of 10 plus people
Experience:
Fresher to 1+ years in service industry.
Financial Responsibilities:
Very good working knowledge of Excel/Internet & Tally
Regular accounts - Expenditure and Revenue; Banking and petty cash
Collation and preparation of monthly financial statements/MIS
Administrative Responsibilities:
Administration of office space
Maintaining basic hygiene levels in the office
Overlooking repairs, facilities management etc
HR Responsibilities:
Putting HR systems and processes in place
Culture building
Best practices bench-marked against the industry
Innovative/out of the box thinking
Marketing Responsibilities :
Maintaining profitable vendor relations
Ability to network – a wide base of contacts is a plus
Good analytic skills
