For their Corporate Office based in Mumbai they require an Assistant Manager -Marketing.
Candidate must be a Graduate/MBA/BE with relevant experience of 2 - 4 years, Preferably in the Industry Sector of Oil, Gas or Pipe. Knowledge of SAp is a must.

Business Development Stage:
ØIdentify potential clients
ØUse various search techniques for finding new business in the region.
ØSending introductory letters & submits company credentials
ØDiscuss & make presentation to all potential clients
ØInitiate registration process, if required
ØSubmit pq docs. As required
ØPursue & follow up for mill audit
ØMeeting the requirement of clients comments post mill audit.
Enquiry Stage:
ØEnsure advance information of the upcoming business in the region
ØEnsure competitor information
ØEnsure issuance of tender docs/participate
ØPrepare tender check list
ØHighlight ant specific requirement in the tender
ØArrange complete vetting of the tender by technical, commercial, and finance, logistics & raw material departments.
ØArrange for Bid Bond/Bank Guarantee, if needed.
ØPrepare techno-commerical offer based on tender requirement
ØAssist in submitting the details synopsis to the top management
ØFinalize pricing after discussion
ØPrepare priced offer
ØTimely dispatch/submission of the offer
Post Submission Stage:
ØAttend to all post submission clarification.
ØDiscuss draft reply prior to replying to client
ØEnsure timely submission of replies
ØFollow up with clients/agents on regular basis
ØRequest and setup for face-to-face meeting with the client to sort out any/all clarifications across the table.
ØEngage in techno-commercial discussion with the client
Award Stage:
ØPrepare order check list, highlightining deviations if any
ØAfter discussion, send order acknowledge
ØArrange for PBG, if required
ØArrange complete documents in Sequence
ØL/c work order check list
ØHandling over the documents to contract management team
ØEnsure SAP entry
ØSecure raw material details, delivery schedule & production plan
Execution Stage:
ØLiaison closely with the contract management Team
ØUpdate client periodically
ØInterface with logistics & finance for timely dispatch, proper documentation & timely lodgment of documentation
ØPayment realiasation from client
ØOrder closure
Other Activity
ØMaintaining all the MIS
ØMaintain check on the agent activities
ØCompetitor information.
